REGISTRATION DETAILS:

Initial Deposit Submission: Secure your spot at Brocation by submitting a $500 deposit. This deposit not only confirms your participation but also reserves your place on a first-come, first-served basis.

Receiving the Follow-Up Email: After your deposit is received, you'll receive an email from [email protected] within 48 hours (excluding weekends). This will contain further instructions and details about the next steps with your payment structure.

Payment Structure: The confirmation email will outline your payment options, which could include a payment plan or paying the remaining balance in full. Our aim is to accommodate your financial needs in the best way possible.

Room Accommodations: If you're interested in securing your room as double occupancy rather than single occupancy, adjusted rates are posted in the room descriptions. Email [email protected] if you are going to be sharing your room. This option applies to rooms with a Queen or King Bed.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

Your ticket includes ALL meals throughout the weekend, featuring premium highlights like our famous crawfish boil. All beverages, including alcohol, are provided. Additionally, group transport during designated pickup & dropoff times is covered. Admission to the Gator Tour, all activities at Z.A. Ranch, and sessions are included as well. Simply pack your bags and leave the rest to us!

DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Flights: Flights to and from New Orleans
• Transportation Outside of Group Transport: Group transport is provided for all activities or destinations that are on the schedule. (I.e. Group transport options to + from airport, to the gator ranch, Mardi Gras experience, and any other scheduled activities).  Any other transportation is NOT provided.
