2026 Brocation Deposit: Main House | Room 5 Twin Bed (Bunk)

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

Initial Deposit Submission: Secure your spot at Brocation by submitting a $500 deposit. This confirms your participation and reserves your place on a first-come, first-served basis.

Receiving the Follow-Up Email: After your deposit is processed, you will receive an email within 48 hours (excluding weekends) with your next steps and payment structure details.

Payment Structure: The confirmation email will outline your options for completing your payment—either through a payment plan or paying the remaining balance in full. We aim to provide flexible options that best support your needs.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

Your ticket includes: all meals during your stay at Z.A. Ranch, including premium highlights like our signature crawfish boil and all beverages, including alcohol, are included, group airport transport is provided during designated pickup and dropoff times, all programming including all sessions, activities, and workshops at Z.A. Ranch are included. Simply pack your bags — everything else is taken care of.

Room Accommodations: If you plan to secure double occupancy instead of single occupancy, adjusted double-occupancy pricing is listed in the room descriptions. If you will be sharing your room, email [email protected] after submitting your deposit. (Double occupancy applies only to rooms with a Queen or King bed.)

 DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Flights: Flights to and from New Orleans
• Transportation Outside of Group Transport: Group transportation is provided only for scheduled pickup/dropoff times (airport) and official retreat activities. Any transportation outside of the schedule is not included.
