THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT INCLUDED:

• Flights: Flights to and from New Orleans or Covington are not included in the package.

• Transportation Outside of Provided Group Transport*: Transportation outside of the provided group transport. I.e. if you arrive early and want to explore New Orleans, chose a flight way earlier or later than suggested flights and miss group transport, etc.

Many of you asked about having time in New Orleans, so we made sure to build it into the plan! Arrival options have been expanded to give you more flexibility — including a bonus window to enjoy NOLA before heading to the ranch.

Below are the recommended arrival windows. You are not limited to these exact flights. 

OPTION 1 — Early Arrival for NOLA

This option is for attendees who want additional free time in New Orleans.

Option 1A

Arrival (LAX → MSY): Thursday, January 29 |  7:20 AM → 12:50 PM

Return (MSY → LAX): Sunday, February 1 |  8:10 PM → 10:43 PM

How earlier arrival would work if you wanted to spend time in New Orleans:

• Arrive in New Orleans around 12:50 PM (or anytime prior)
• Take Uber/Lyft into NOLA on your own
• Drop luggage at the designated meet-up hotel
• Enjoy extended free time
• Join the main group (if you’d like) when they arrive at around 3:30PM 
• Whole group departs NOLA at around 5:30PM for ZA Ranch
• Arrive at the ranch by 6:30PM for a true Southern welcome dinner

OPTION 2 — Standard Arrival 

Group pickup from MSY + meets up with earlier arrival group in NOLA.

Arrival (LAX → MSY): Thursday, January 29 | 9:10 AM → 2:40 PM
Return (MSY → LAX): Sunday, February 1 | 4:00 PM → 6:30 PM

How this would work:

• Arrive in New Orleans 2:40PM (or any flight landing prior that wants to join in group pickup— see details below)
• Meet the Brocation team at MSY
• Shuttle into NOLA (option to meet with attendees that arrived earlier)
• Enjoy 1.5–2 hours of free time
• Whole group departs NOLA at around 5:30PM for ZA Ranch
• Arrive at the ranch by 6:30PM for a true Southern welcome dinner

Arrival Window (Important)

To be included in the group transport, you may book any flight that arrives prior to 2:40PM CT to be included in the main group pickup. 

If you arrive before 2:40 PM, you can either:

• Wait at the airport for the main 2:40 PM group pickup
• Go into NOLA on your own and meet the group there.

If you arrive AFTER 2:40 PM:

• You are responsible for your own transportation.

Option to meet the group in NOLA or go directly to ZA Ranch (cannot arrive at the ranch before 7:00 PM unless you are with the group transport)
