Step-by-Step Registration Instructions:

• Initial Deposit Submission:
• Secure your spot at Brocation by submitting a $500 deposit. This deposit not only confirms your participation but also reserves your place on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Receiving the Follow-Up Email:
• After your deposit is received, watch for an important email from [email protected]. This will contain further instructions and details about the next steps in the registration process.
• Payment Structure:
• The confirmation email will outline your payment options, which could include a payment plan or paying the remaining balance in full. Our aim is to accommodate your financial needs in the best way possible.
• Room Accommodations: If you're interested in securing your room as double occupancy rather than single occupancy, adjusted rates are available in the room descriptions. To arrange for double occupancy, please contact [email protected]. This option is applicable to rooms 1, 2, 6, 7, and 9.

Guaranteeing Your Preferred Spot:

• We work diligently to ensure that the bed or spot you prefer, and for which you have paid the deposit, is reserved for you. Our goal is to meet your expectations for comfort and satisfaction.

• First Come, First Served Basis:
• Please note that room and bed allocations are based on a first-come, first-served principle. Your prompt deposit submission increases the likelihood of securing your preferred spot.

Your registration includes ALL meals throughout the weekend, featuring premium highlights like a famous Louisiana crawfish boil, all beverages, including alcohol, group transport during designated pickup & dropoff times, admission to the Gator Tour, all activities at Z.A. Ranch, and sessions are included as well. Simply book your flight, pack your bags, and we’ll see you at Brocation!

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT INCLUDED:

• Flights: Flights to and from New Orleans or Covington are not included in the package.

• Accommodations Prior to Check-in: Accommodations prior to check-in at ZA Ranch on Friday are not included. If you arrive on Thursday, you are responsible for arranging your own accommodation.

• Transportation Outside of Provided Group Transport*: Transportation outside of the provided group transport.
